The mixer with intersecting paddles for medium and large industries
This Risco mixer features a 750-litre bowl capacity. The mixer is suitable for medium-large meat industries; it features the Risco mixing operation with intersecting mixing paddles and frontal discharge, without the need to tip over the bowl. Products such as, cheese, vegetables, confectionery and others are mixed in a gentle way, guaranteeing original colour retention and quality, with a uniform distribution at over 95%. The working parameters including the complete mixing cycle can be easily recalled during the working day on the new 10-program microprocessor. Upon request, the RS 750 mixer is supplied with a vertical loader for 200 lt carts.
